Position Overview:

What You’ll Do:

  1. This is a global role in luxury omni-channel retail responsible for holistic Media Strategy development and Measurement Science designed to deliver impact in above the line brand placements and targeted digital strategies designed to move the consumer through a brand and commercial journey.
  2. Develop a strategy for global digital marketing, in line with Brand and Commercial priorities.
  3. Manage the execution of global paid media, print, OOH, affiliate programming, shopping aggregators and other digital media partnerships.
  4. Manage the execution of all paid brand media, digital media, and performance marketing efforts.
  5. Collaborate closely with our regional partners in APAC and EMEA to advise and influence them on best practices and ensure that media and digital marketing is optimised for local market conditions.
  6. Day-to-day liaison with external local and global media agency partners.
  7. Support the management of the Global email community including the vision for regional and commercial opportunities through email, measurement, reporting and lead generation efforts.
  8. Responsible for bringing digital trends, insights and ideas back to the Marketing team and inspiring best-in-class digital leadership across the team.
  9. Share industry and consumer media trends based on market.
  10. Ability to inspire first to market opportunities based on those industry and consumer trends.
  11. Manage weekly reporting and business tracking of media channels driving for the Global eCommerce business, quantifying efficiencies and consumer trends.
  12. Support interconnected analytics from media to consumer purchase.
  13. Analyze and provide detailed reporting to measure campaign effectiveness for all region-specific digital brand campaigns.
  14. Understand and adhere to the global SEO toolkit against local online web experiences.
  15. Advise and develop a measurement strategy and work to adopt better measurement science as a way to improve business performance and customer experience.
  16. Build and operationalize measurement strategies, including measurement product adoption, learning agendas, and experiments that drive performance improvements and uncover best practices.
  17. Design tests to measure the effectiveness of various media and run complex analysis to understand the drivers of commercial performance.
  18. Conduct in-depth custom ad effectiveness studies and bespoke analyses using advanced statistical methods and causal inference techniques to understand the relative impact of different marketing strategies across different media channels.
  19. Provide feedback to and collaborate with Product, Digital, Consumer Experience, E-Commerce, Technology, and Marketing Teams to identify opportunities for new features, products, and partnerships and drive engagement around measurement innovation, including product alphas and beta.

Let’s Talk About You:

  1. 15+ years of experience in brand, digital marketing or related fields.
  2. 5+ years of consulting, research or analytics research experience and experience using data and numbers to formulate insight.
  3. 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  4. Proficiency in Brand Marketing and connecting to digital marketing to create a cohesive and effective consumer journey.
  5. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing and measurement strategies.
  6. Experience engaging cross functional teams to think differently.
  7. Luxury and Fashion retail experience is an asset.
  8. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including OOH, Print, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, measurement science, and analytics.
  9. Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  10. Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track and report on campaign performance.
  11. Experience with Brand Lift studies, MMM, A/B testing, multi-variant testing and conversion rate optimization.
  12. Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing and media strategies.
  13. Experience in budgeting and financial planning for annual planning and quarterly forecasts.
  14. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  15. Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and ability to create engaging digital content.
  16. Experience analyzing and manipulating data sets to identify patterns and provide client insights.
  17. Knowledge of advertising measurement methods and technologies.
  18. Experience with advertising measurement methods and technologies for direct response outcomes, including field experiments, experimental designs and etc.
