About the role
The VP of Business Operations is a newly created senior leadership role reporting to the CEO. This position is responsible for Blueprint’s day-to-day operational effectiveness with a focus on aligning our core operational functions—Finance, Human Resources, Proposal Management, and our team of Associates—with the needs of our growing public sector advisory practice.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our internal systems, resources, and infrastructure enable delivery excellence across all of our work. You will provide strategic oversight of key functions while also driving operational innovation, efficiency and continuous improvement across the organization. The successful candidate will be a highly collaborative leader who brings a strategic mindset, operational discipline, and a commitment to Blueprint’s mission of using data and evidence to solve complex public policy challenges and make life better for people across Canada.
