Qualifications:
Education & Certifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Post-secondary education in social work, communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field is an asset but not mandatory. Certifications in community engagement, marketing, or volunteer management are a bonus (e.g., Google Marketing certifications, HubSpot certifications, etc.).

Training: Yes, volunteers will receive 4 to 8 hours of training covering CareBridge's mission, communication best practices, documentation processes, and using relevant tools.
Expectations: Volunteers will assist with outreach, make calls, follow up with clients and partners, and gain hands-on experience in social services. They will be mentored by staff and supported throughout the role, with flexibility and ongoing guidance.
