The Kimel Family Centre for Brain Health and Wellness is a research-based dementia-prevention community center, where members will receive an in-depth assessment of their dementia risk, and then will be prescribed programming to reduce that risk. The employee oversees the volunteers who participate in the Kimel Family Centre for Brain Health and Wellness. The volunteers provide support to the programs, members, researchers, and staff. The employee ensures proper training and motivates volunteers on a regular basis to ensure a high quality of service to the clients, volunteer work satisfaction and a high level of volunteer retention.
