Responsibilities:
- Managing all inbound contacts for your assigned clinics or projects, including but not limited to phone calls, emails, Direct messaging, and live chat.
- Leveraging best-in-class CRM and marketing automation platforms to track lead progress and actively manage each lead.
- CRM Knowledge is a MUST. HubSpot knowledge would be an asset.
- Using patient management software to book consultation appointments and/or treatments at each clinic.
- Manage assigned retention list, leveraging clinic data and CRM to facilitate an increase in patients with return bookings.
- Facilitate optimal patient journey and experience for our prepaid clients.
- Manage interactions with clinic customers to understand their level of satisfaction and identify new opportunities to elevate their experience and goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
