Responsibilities:

  • Managing all inbound contacts for your assigned clinics or projects, including but not limited to phone calls, emails, Direct messaging, and live chat.
  • Leveraging best-in-class CRM and marketing automation platforms to track lead progress and actively manage each lead.
  • CRM Knowledge is a MUST. HubSpot knowledge would be an asset.
  • Using patient management software to book consultation appointments and/or treatments at each clinic.
  • Manage assigned retention list, leveraging clinic data and CRM to facilitate an increase in patients with return bookings.
  • Facilitate optimal patient journey and experience for our prepaid clients.
  • Manage interactions with clinic customers to understand their level of satisfaction and identify new opportunities to elevate their experience and goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

We are looking for a Patient Success, Virtual Concierge to support MSP’s partner clinics – someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Spanish/Mandarin would also be a strong asset.
