Salary: CAD30 - CAD32 per hour

***Remote opportunity with possible travel to assist in hiring events if needed.

***Seeking a bilingual (English/French) recruiting coordinator in Quebec to provide day-to-day support to our recruiting team.

The Bilingual (French) Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting the recruitment process by coordinating various hiring activities, managing candidate experiences, and ensuring smooth communication between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to fostering a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, including phone, video, and on-site interviews.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the hiring process.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates regarding application status, feedback, and next steps.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
  • Manage offer processes.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees from offer acceptance.
  • Ensure all pre-employment paperwork (e.g., tax forms, background checks, I-9s) is completed and compliant with regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of HR Coordination experience – Scheduling interviews, managing offer and onboarding processes.
  • High volume experience.
  • Bilingual - Read, speak, and write in both English and French.
  • ATS: Workday (Strongly preferred).
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
