As part of our expansion in North America, we are looking for aPre-Sales Engineer in Quantum Computingunder aVIEcontractto join our team in Montreal and contribute to the growth of our activities in this key market.

Your Mission

As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will act as the bridge between our technical teams and clients, playing a crucial role in the adoption and integration of our quantum solutions.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Understanding client needsand proposing tailored solutions that includequantum hardware, quantum algorithms and use cases, cloud and open framework development resources

Presenting and demonstrating our technologiesthrough workshops, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and training sessions.

Collaborating with our Research, Product & Sales teamsto ensure successfulproject solutioning.

Conducting technology watch activitiesand participating in conferences to promote our solutions.

Supporting local teamsin expanding Quandela’s network of partners and users across North America.

Your Profile

Education:Master’s degree or engineering diploma in quantum physics, computer science, applied mathematics, or a related field.

Technical Skills:Solid understanding of quantum computing concepts, quantum computing architectures, and ideally photonic technologies. Experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Perceval, Cirq, etc.) is a plus.

Soft Skills:Excellent communication and pedagogical skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Languages:Fluency in French and English is essential.
