Videographer/Editor – Go Auto

Job Overview:

Go Auto is seeking to hire two dynamic Videographer/Editors who thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates can shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality, engaging video content that captures the essence of our brand and resonates with our audience. You’ll play a key role in showcasing Go Auto’s products, services, and culture through unique and compelling visuals that stand out in the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Video Production:
    1. Plan, shoot, and edit video content for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.
    2. Capture high-quality footage in a range of settings, such as dealership showrooms, vehicle reviews and walkarounds, outdoor events, and customer testimonials.
  2. Content Creation:
    1. Develop original concepts that align with Go Auto's brand voice and marketing goals.
    2. Create short-form and long-form video content including vehicle walkarounds and feature videos that are innovative, engaging, and shareable.
    3. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with campaigns.
  3. Efficiency and Speed:
    1. Execute rapid turnarounds without compromising quality.
    2. Adapt to tight deadlines while maintaining creativity and attention to detail.
  4. Equipment and Tools:
    1. Operate and maintain video, lighting, and audio equipment.
    2. Utilize editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) to produce polished videos.
  5. Trend Awareness:
    1. Stay updated on industry trends and implement new techniques to enhance content quality and engagement.
    2. Optimize content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in videography and video editing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skills.
  • Ability to think outside the box to create compelling visual stories.
  • Proficiency in editing quickly and editing software (Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
  • Understanding of lighting, composition, and sound design.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for storytelling.
  • Familiarity with automotive industry trends is a plus but not required.
