YOUR MISSION
To craft high-performing video ads and static creatives that drive engagement, clicks, and conversions across paid social platforms. You’ll work closely with the founder and marketing team to develop creative concepts, edit compelling videos, and optimize content based on performance data. Your work will directly impact the company’s growth and its mission to create innovative digital experiences.
This is a contractor role with flexible hours, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with a global team and work from anywhere in the world.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Create high-converting video ads and static creatives for paid social campaigns, primarily on Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok
- Execute and apply finishing touches to each edit, including color correction, sound design, sound mixing/EQ, graphics, and multi-format/channel delivery
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce a variety of video content, from following detailed briefs to creating original, self-driven concepts
- Use the company’s media library to craft videos that align with campaign goals like user acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth
- Ensure all video content reflects the brand’s unique voice, style, and storytelling, maintaining consistency across all platforms
- Analyze performance data from paid social campaigns to refine and improve video content, ensuring it delivers measurable results and ROI
- Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest content trends and techniques into your work, keeping the brand’s content fresh, relevant, and impactful
- Collaborate with another video editor and the broader marketing team to brainstorm ideas, align on creative concepts, and ensure campaigns reflect shared goals
WHO YOU ARE
- Experience: You have proven experience creating high-converting video and static ads for paid social campaigns, ideally with an e-commerce or SaaS background
- Tech-Savvy: You’re a pro with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, with strong skills in motion graphics, color grading, and sound design. Experience with CapCut is a plus
- Trend-Aware: You’re passionate about social media trends and understand how to create content that resonates with modern audiences
- Creative Thinker: You have a track record of producing innovative, results-driven content
- Detail-Oriented: You’re highly organized and meticulous, ensuring every project is executed flawlessly
- Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are ready to support and inspire your colleagues
- Results-Driven: You have a deep understanding of how your work contributes to the company’s overall goals and how to analyze performance data
- Strong Communicator: You’re fluent in English (written and verbal) and can clearly articulate creative ideas and strategies
