Video Content Producer

We are growing! We are looking for a passionate, driven, and enthusiastic candidate to join our team for the position of Video Content Producer located in our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario.

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, creative, and enthusiastic Video Content Producer to lead the development of all multimedia assets for Skyline Group of Companies (“Skyline”). This will include live and pre-recorded webinars, informational videos, product videos, and commercials. They will be responsible to initiate all in-house content creation and growth-marketing strategies for multimedia material, while working collaboratively with other members of the Design Team while maintaining a focus on our shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people, and our communities.

What you will be doing:

1. Execute content from concept development to final delivery by conceptualizing, creating, editing, and delivering video content to meet the business objectives at Skyline.
2. Create, shoot, and edit video content such as features, highlights, interviews, and other on-demand materials tailored for social media, websites, and more.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate video content into broader marketing initiatives and campaigns, ensuring alignment with corporate brand guidelines, professional imaging, and messaging.
4. Define success criteria, key metrics, and objectives for video experiments and nurture campaigns.
5. Collaborate with teams or individuals to understand funnel performance, identify customer pain points, generate insights, and brainstorm solutions to optimize the user journey.
6. Conduct data-driven analysis, establish targets, and develop reporting systems to monitor and assess performance and success.

What we look for:

1. Post-secondary degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Film, or related field.
2. A minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in a multimedia design, production, and/or creation role.
3. Be a strategic thinker, problem solver, and communicator who is focused on building meaningful and impactful user experiences.
4. Experience with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Premiere, and Photoshop)
5. Experience with Adobe After Effects is an asset.
6. Creative mindset and out-of-the-box thinker that enjoys storytelling through media.
