Position Overview:
Prairie View A&M University (PVAMU) seeks a creative and experienced, data-driven leader to serve as the Vice Provost for Institutional Research and Effectiveness (VPIRE). This elevated role will provide leadership in creating a culture of data-informed decision-making, evaluating program effectiveness, establishing strategies for academic planning needs, and assessing key performance indicators.
The VPIRE will lead a team supporting the data analytics needs of the Division of Academic Affairs and other campus divisions. The ideal candidate will understand the complex reporting environment in higher education and drive strategic decision-making through data-informed analysis. A strong foundation in quantitative statistical methods and mixed methods approaches is essential.
