What You’ll Do

As VP of Finance at Evident, you will be a key business partner to the CEO and leadership team, providing financial vision, operational rigor, and strategic direction to fuel our aggressive growth.

Financial Strategy & Business Leadership

• Develop and execute a financial strategy that aligns with Evident’s growth goals.
• Oversee capital allocation and investment strategies to maximize returns and financial sustainability.
• Manage financial risk, cash flow, and portfolio diversification to support business expansion.

Operational Finance & Business Scalability

• Implement a scalable financial infrastructure to support hypergrowth, international expansion, and acquisitions.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasting, and valuation frameworks.
• Lead financial planning & analysis (FP&A), delivering data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Partner with the CEO and department heads to optimize revenue, costs, and financial efficiencies.

Investor Relations & Capital Markets

• Communicate Evident’s financial strategy and performance to stakeholders.
• Support M&A activities, due diligence, and financial structuring for acquisitions and partnerships.
• Ensure financial compliance across multiple jurisdictions (Philippines, Canada, South Korea).
• Optimize tax structures, treasury functions, and cross-border financial strategies to maximize profitability.
• Lead financial risk assessment, governance, and internal controls for a high-growth business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in venture capital, fintech, or high-growth startups.
• Proven experience in corporate finance, venture funding, and investment structuring.
• Expertise in financial planning, M&A, due diligence, and risk management.
• Strong network in finance and venture capital.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred but not required if experience aligns with venture-backed finance leadership.
