Summary:

D’Arcy Ranch Golf Club is an 18-hole public links style golf course, where golfers of all levels and ages are able to practice their skills at the round or at the driving range. The club also features a restaurant on site, Jerry’s, equipped with a full-service bar and a spacious patio for patrons to enjoy panoramic views of the course against the backdrop of the Rocky Mountains. D’Arcy Ranch Golf Club is an ideal venue for golf tournaments, weddings, and other social events.

The Vice President (“VP”) Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance D’Arcy Ranch Golf Club’s brand positioning and drive customer engagement. The VP Marketing will identify, plan, and execute marketing strategies and materials to meet business objectives.

Job Duties:

1. Developing and implementing cohesive marketing strategies and plans to increase brand awareness;
2. Creating content strategies based on business objectives, category focus, and audience segments across all channels (online/offline/social);
3. Setting short and long-term goals for brand growth and customer engagement;
4. Reviewing and managing the marketing budget;
5. Building relationships with media, stakeholders, and customers through creative PR strategies;
6. Designing and coordinating promotional campaigns, PR, and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press, etc);
7. Determining and allocating resources for marketing projects;
8. Preparing reports and presentations on marketing strategies and metrics for discussion with senior management;
9. Conducting market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth;
10. Conceptualizing, guiding, and overseeing execution of marketing events;
11. Analyzing and leading recruitment needs for the marketing department;
12. Participating in planning of the company’s objectives;
13. Keeping updated on market trends & competitor strategies;
14. Other duties assigned and consistent with the role.

Terms of Employment:

Permanent and full-time (40 hours/week).

Wage: $43.59 per hour ($90,667.20 per year)

Skills Requirements:

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or other relevant area.

Work Experience Requirements:

1. 1 year of experience in a public relations and marketing role;
2. 3 years of experience leading brand development;
3. Proven track record of achievement and success providing quality customer service, and excellent data management and quality control;
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and organization, and strong public relations skills;
5. Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize work, at times with conflicting priorities;
6. Basic understanding of golf as a sport and the golf industry;
7. Experience working in the golf industry;
8. Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
