These elements capture our next game, but we'd love to work with someone long-term across service production and generating new game concepts. It's a role designed for those who love to solve problems independently and schedule themselves with minimal supervision. You will be working directly with a Producer to define scope on this project beginning April 2025.
How to Apply:
The only way we can assess your abilities is through your work in games. You must submit a link to a game and describe your role in designing it. Portfolios are welcome, but point us towards one game in particular.
The first assignment is to email careers+ with a self-assessment. Are you perfectly balanced 50-50 in your skills/passions between Narrative Design & Puzzle Design? Are you 80% Narrative and 20% Puzzles? Are you 10% Narrative, 30% Puzzles, and 60% First Person Shooter in your skills as a designer? There are no wrong answers here, as long as it adds to 100%, and helps kick off a conversation.
