Reporting to the SVP, Finance, and Operations, we are looking for someone who enjoys building a high-performance team while being hands-on, digging for answers, and being tenacious in finding insights to support **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***’s growth. You’ll be responsible for the management of high-impact activities including complex analyses and decision support across **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** with the primary focus on the ‘go-to-market motion. Over the next 12 to 18 months, **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***’s top priorities are acquiring more market share and accelerating revenue growth. We are looking for a highly intelligent and motivated leader who will greatly impact these priorities.
Note: We are open to candidates based in any timezone. Vancouver is our home and where several of our executives are based. As such, for candidates residing on the east coast, some flexibility on working hours may be required.

What You’ll Be Doing...

  1. Deep dive into the pipeline data to find trends, insights, and areas where changes are warranted to improve sales velocity.
  2. Working closely with the Head of Sales and Sales Ops, support implementing changes to the sales motion based on findings and continue to monitor and tweak as needed to accelerate revenue growth.
  3. Perform market analysis to identify TAM & SAM to support **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***’s geographic expansion.
  4. Perform other analyses and provide value-added insights on business performance and projections.
  5. Research and monitor SaaS benchmark stats and analyze **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***’s performance against others.
  6. Support CEO and SVP, Finance, and Ops on evaluating M&A transactions, business opportunities, financing, pricing, etc.
  7. Manage a team of 3 with the goal of growing to a high-performance team of 6 in the next 6 months.
  8. Support long-term, strategic planning.
  9. Lead and execute various planning cycles (semi-annual planning, quarterly rolling-forward forecasts, and ad-hoc planning scenarios).
  10. Manage the variance analysis of expenditures – explanation of variances and adjustment of the forecast models to reflect operational adjustments.
  11. Working closely with senior leaders, design and develop SaaS industry KPIs to measure and benchmark **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***’s performance.
  12. Improve and deliver recurring reporting packages to provide business results to **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***’s board of directors, senior management team, and department heads.
  13. Develop and maintain various financial models to support decision-making on various strategic initiatives.
  14. Maintain and improve internal **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** analytics with BI resourcing.

What You’ll Bring to the Table...

  1. CPA/CFA designation, and/or MBA in Finance.
  2. Experience and technical knowledge of US GAAP.
  3. At least 7 years of experience in a comparable role.
  4. You move fast; you’ve worked in high-growth businesses previously and are excited to make an impact.
  5. Tech industry experience is strongly preferred, especially within a SaaS environment.
  6. Public company experience is a strong asset.
  7. Experience working with various information technology and financial systems; NetSuite and Salesforce is a strong asset.
  8. Strong competency in G-Suites and Mac O/S.
  9. Advanced Excel modeling skills.
