Oak Valley Health has been on an exciting growth and innovation journey in support of excellence in patient care and services for our communities. Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President of Digital Health and CIO at Oak Valley Health will be responsible for driving the strategic vision and execution of digital health initiatives designed to improve patient outcomes, enhance patient and provider satisfaction and drive efficiency and support the hospital’s broader strategic plan. This position will oversee the integration of digital health solutions with existing IT infrastructure to support interoperability, data center, enterprise systems and all applications. The Vice President of Digital Health and CIO will be a key member of the hospital’s Executive Leadership Team and will enable the organization’s digital transformation through internal and external partnerships and a focus on delivery and customer service excellence.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a demonstrated track record of success in providing executive leadership to the implementation of digital health initiatives in a complex healthcare organization. You will have expert knowledge of healthcare, health care delivery and health technology adoption including the management of large scale enterprise infrastructure and capital redevelopment projects. You have proven experience (8+ years) in leadership in digital health strategy implementation in highly complex workflow and operations within the hospital sector. You have a Master’s degree in IT, healthcare administration, business administration or a related field.
