VFX Project Manager

Job Details

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated & driven project manager. The selected individual would possess characteristics such as:

• You will manage a number of projects at a time to meet objectives, whilst being an important point of contact for clients throughout the life of the project.
• You will work on a mixture of qualitative and quantitative research projects.
• Work collaboratively internally and externally to ensure any issues that arise are dealt with in a timely manner.
• You will provide monthly reports to the field work manager on the progress of projects.
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them.
• A strong appreciation of market research and its values related to health care.
• Understanding of client-side issues and ability to resolve these empathetically.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Able to multi-task under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Day to Day Tasks

Your main job tasks are as follows:

• Ensure costs stay in line and communicate with clients if this changes.
• Communication with your client/team/line manager.
• Effectively set and delegate work for the assistant project managers, whilst keeping an oversight of the project.
• Direct and oversee completion of the project.
• Develop a plan of action including schedule, resources, and work plan.
• Assess risks and establish contingency plans with successful outcomes.
• Manage work and inputs from a variety of stakeholders.
• Manage confidential data safely for audit purposes.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years experience working in project management/market research.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• A minimum understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
• Experience working with a team.

$42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
