We are currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our dedicated team. This full-time role is suited for an individual who is detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple projects concurrently, especially during emergency response situations. Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the full life cycle of restoration and reconstruction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion to the highest standards.
2. Serve as the key liaison between property owners, insurance carriers, and subcontractors following emergency events such as fires or floods.
3. Coordinate scheduling of trades, procurement of materials, and allocation of resources for all active projects.
4. Supervise on-site Foremen and maintain accountability for safety, quality control, and training initiatives.
5. Prepare and review accurate estimates and budgets using Xactimate; align project scope with client expectations.
6. Provide consistent project updates and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
7. Monitor job sites for compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
8. Ensure consistent documentation, including site assessments and reporting using Encircle.
9. Manage restoration and renovation projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
10. Develop accurate quotations, job costing, and estimating for clients.
11. Collaborate with clients, adjusters, and other stakeholders to resolve disputes and ensure complete satisfaction.
12. Monitor budgets and ensure project costs are within scope.
13. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Qualifications

1. Strong knowledge of construction management, project costing, and scheduling.
2. OH&S training is required to maintain COR safety certification.
3. CAP or PMP certification is an asset, but not required.
4. RIA, IICRC, WRT, FSRT, and CCT certifications are considered assets.
5. Moisture Control Certification preferred.
6. Reliable and professional truck or van with a clean driver’s abstract (company vehicle negotiable).
7. Willingness to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.
8. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to lead with empathy and professionalism.
9. Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects to successful completion.
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xactimate.
12. Clear handwriting and professional demeanor required.
13. Must have no criminal record.

Preferred Experience

1. Construction or restoration project management, supervision, or leadership experience (3-5 years+).
