About the opportunity…

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for performing a variety of activities in support of keeping the dealership facilities orderly. Specifically:

• Cleaning, polishing and vacuuming the interiors and exteriors of new and used vehicles.
• Determining the correct cleaning agents to use.
• Rectifying minor imperfections to vehicle paint and upholstery.
• Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment.
• Completing cleaning within predetermined timelines.

About you…

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience with customer service, including:

• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in vehicle preparation.
• Prior experience detailing shop and certification proof are required.
• Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Driver's License and clean Drivers Abstract.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written).
• Strong attention to detail, organized and strategic.
• Ability to maintain professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution.
• A desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• A proven commitment to quality of work.
