Position Info:

· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

· Wage: $22.00~$25.00/hour (depending on experience)

· Number of Positions: 2

Job Duties:

1. Prepare and cook complete meals or specialty foods
2. Organize and oversee the food preparation and cooking operations of the restaurant
3. Plan menus and ensure food quality standards are met
4. Estimate food requirements, and food and labour costs
5. Manage and supervise activities of kitchen staff
6. Handle the acquisition and maintenance of kitchen equipment
7. Participate in recruiting staff

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required
