What you must have:

• At least 5-7 years experience and practical expertise in UX/UI Design
• Must have experience working on projects in an enterprise company.
• A balanced understanding of strategy, usability, interaction, and visual design
• Strategic work to roll out website features and help the organization establish themselves as a digital first company
• Ability to use design system and put prototypes together
• UX research experience is nice to have
• Ability to work in an unstructured environment
• Ability to work on front-facing as well as internal back-end systems
