Upper School Director of Academic Support

Position Description

Westminster Academy, in Memphis, TN, a classical Christian school of 465 students, seeks a qualified full-time Upper School Director of Academic Support, beginning June 2025. This is a 12-month administrative position with summer responsibilities.

This position requires an understanding of classical Christian education (or the willingness to learn and undergo training), the discernment to identify issues in instruction and curriculum where improvement is needed, and the ability to determine steps needed to make those improvements. The applicant must possess a love of students and a passion for mentoring and discipleship.

A degree in counseling, education, social work, or a related field is preferred. Westminster Academy is committed to teaching all truth as God’s truth through the lens of Scripture and a Christian worldview. Applicants should be able to demonstrate an understanding of and adherence to the same.
