Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and develop relationships with commercial real estate clients, builders, and developers.
  2. Assist buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants with commercial transactions.
  3. Collaborate with the Save Max team to maximize opportunities and close deals.
  4. Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and transaction paperwork.
  5. Conduct market research and compile reports on commercial property trends.
  6. Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
  7. Maintain and update CRM records, listings, and client databases.
  8. Support in scheduling property showings, meetings, and follow-ups.
  9. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and documentation standards.
