Are you about to complete your master’s degree or have recently graduated? Are you ready to embark on a journey that combines a drive for excellence with a keen interest in wealth management and credit business, where you’ll play a critical role in enabling clients to achieve their financial goals through tailored lending solutions?

Our Flex-Track Graduate Programme is an 18-month journey designed to unleash your full potential, offering three rotations, including an international assignment. As a Flex-Track Graduate, you are in the driving seat to define your rotations 2 and 3 within all departments of the bank. This unique opportunity will immerse you in Julius Baer’s global network, provide hands-on experience, and lay the foundation for a thriving career in wealth management.

Your team

Join the Credit Risk Management and Control division and become part of the Credit Change & Innovation team. During your journey, you will gain experience and insight into the lending business of Julius Baer and various IT change initiatives. You will work closely with various stakeholders such as Credit Officers, Legal and Compliance, IT, and many more.

• Documenting system requirements and validating information
• Serving as an intermediary between end-users and software developers
• Analyzing business processes and project impacts
• Assisting in developing test cases and conduct tests

• Master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in the fields of business administration, banking & finance, business innovation, STEM (Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), or related fields
• Results-oriented mindset, focusing on delivering high-quality solutions, prioritizing tasks effectively, and meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Structured thinker with strong analytical skills, able to break down complex problems into manageable components, identify key drivers, and develop actionable recommendations
• Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
• A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
• Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus
• Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position
