What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 10+ years of commercial underwriting experience specializing in snow removal and/or roofing risks
2. CIP, CRM, or FCIP designation would be an asset
3. Experience working with an MGA or program-specific division of an insurance company
4. Proven ability to build relationships with markets and brokers
5. Demonstrated track record of achieving premium and bind ratio targets
