Under the general direction of the Department Manager and under the supervision of the Undergraduate Program Manager, the Undergraduate Instructional Support Administrator works collaboratively with the Undergraduate Administrator to provide administrative support for students and faculty in the Department of Psychology's Undergraduate Office. The incumbent's responsibilities include acting as a first point of contact for general enquiries, checking course prerequisites prior to student enrolment, checking completeness of applications, coordinating academic integrity issues, coordinating recruitment and training for Teaching Assistants (TAs) and exam invigilators, handling accommodation requests, tracking administrative deadlines, and arranging logistics, activities, and equipment for events and/or programming.
This is a full-time, contract position for up to two (2) years.

USW Pay Band 08 -- $62,832. with an annual step progression to a maximum of $80,351. Pay scale and job class assignment is subject to determination pursuant to the Job Evaluation/Pay Equity Maintenance Protocol.
