We're on the lookout for a junior UI/UX/Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team! This role offers a unique blend of UI/UX design with a sprinkle of marketing. This is an in-person role based out of our Sherwood Park, AB office.

Here's What You'll Be Doing:
- Actively participate in the creation of wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes, bringing UX/UI design concepts to life.
- Translate design concepts into functional prototypes.
- Work collaboratively with a large team of software developers to ensure accurate design execution, providing guidance throughout the development process.
- Maintain design cohesion and consistency across our platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Support marketing and branding efforts by creating design assets as needed.
- Seek feedback from senior designers and actively participate in design critiques and discussions.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and scalability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience or education in UI/UX Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing your skills.
- Strong knowledge of Figma.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) would be considered a bonus.
$45,000 - $55,000 a year
Salary ranges are based on experience, reflecting the unique skillset each individual brings to the role.
