1. Design visually compelling, user-friendly interfaces for a financial wellness platform
2. Collaborate closely with the CEO, CTO, and content teams to ensure a seamless user experience
3. Translate complex financial data into digestible and engaging visual elements

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work, particularly in web and mobile applications
2. Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with other design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.
3. Experience designing for web and mobile applications, with a deep understanding of responsive design
4. Ability to simplify complex data into intuitive, engaging UI components
5. Knowledge of UX research practices and ability to incorporate user feedback into design iterations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience working in FinTech, HRTech, or open banking applications
2. Familiarity with Flutter-based front-end development
3. Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
