UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer who is ready to shape the future of our products and services.

We are a certified SAP Partner and Google Partner, helping companies innovate and adopt new technologies.

This role will involve designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our product suite, while also contributing to the creation of visual assets that will promote both our services and products to a wider audience. Responsibilities

1. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop a deep understanding of business goals, user needs, and market trends.
2. Translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions that align with the overall strategy.
3. Conduct user research to identify pain points, user behaviors, and preferences.
4. Develop user personas based on target customers.
5. Create user journeys to analyze how a customer interacts with a product.
6. Perform user testing to validate design decisions and identify problems.
7. Build wireframes and prototypes to hone in on what the final product will look like.
8. Use research insights to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
9. Develop high-quality UI/UX design solutions that adhere to design principles, usability standards, and brand guidelines.
10. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
11. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design into the development process.
12. Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
13. Iterate on designs based on user testing results and stakeholder feedback.
14. Create and maintain design documentation, including user personas, user flows, and design specifications.
15. Ensure that design assets are organized and easily accessible for the development team.

Content Creation & Social Media Management

1. Develop and implement content strategies to boost SDA’s online presence—especially on LinkedIn—through regular posts.
2. Create high-quality visuals, mock-ups, demos, and presentations using Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring alignment with our brand identity.
3. Produce engaging explanatory, promotional, and technical videos showcasing our SAP expertise, using tools like Adobe Premiere or Final Cut with added animations and graphic elements.

Team Collaboration

1. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of business goals, user needs, and market trends.
2. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure that the content produced aligns with business goals and meets potential client needs and specialized SAP audience.
3. Ensure message and visual consistency across all communication channels.
4. Manage content production autonomously while adhering to deadlines and goals. As the sole digital marketing professional and UI/UX Designer, you will need to prioritize tasks and work proactively.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or a related field.
2. More than 7 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects.
3. Attention to detail and quality, understanding the importance of producing high-quality content tailored to a technical, cutting-edge field.
4. In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
5. Strong business acumen and ability to align design decisions with overarching business goals.
6. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
7. Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
8. Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
9. Familiarity with front-end development technologies is a plus.
10. Knowledge of social media, particularly LinkedIn.
11. Familiarity with SAP Products/Technology is a strong asset.
