UI/UX Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience and interface design, with the ability to create engaging and user-friendly digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall user experience and ensure that our designs align with business goals and user needs.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct user research to gather insights and understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
2. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
3. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and project scope.
4. Utilize design thinking methodologies to create innovative solutions that enhance usability.
5. Implement motion graphics and interactive elements to improve user engagement.
6. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate design effectiveness and gather feedback for improvements.
7. Maintain design consistency across all platforms by adhering to established style guides and best practices.
8. Utilize tools such as Jira for project management and collaboration within Agile teams.

Requirements

1. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
2. Experience with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap is a plus.
3. Familiarity with Telerik or Unreal Engine for interactive design is advantageous.
4. Strong understanding of usability principles and best practices in UX/UI design.
5. Ability to conduct effective user research and apply findings to design decisions.
6. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
7. Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
8. A portfolio showcasing your design work, including examples of user research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
