Position Title: Turnaround QC Document Control

Location: COOP Refinery Complex Regina

Primary Region Supported: Regina, SK

Position Summary

Manage and oversee documents for Quality Control Department. Provide back-office administrative support to all of the turnaround QC department.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Logging and generating field packages/revisions in compliance with contractor and COOP specifications.
2. Creates and maintains reports and performance metrics as needed.
3. Distribute & Transmit all QC Turnover Packages.
4. Generate Daily Quality Statistic Report.
5. Maintain / Updating weld & NDE log.
6. Maintain ITP Log.
7. Prepare final turnover documentation for archive (fully electronic).
8. Coordinates progressive turnover with client document control.
9. Updating Welders Log.
10. Enter Bolt-up progress reporting from the field into bolt-up log.
11. Signature Log Maintain.
12. Secondary Checks on QC work packs and all Document Control daily functions.
13. Filing and photocopying as required.
14. Compile Corporate turnover pack uploads.
15. Misc. Items (Office orders, notifications, timesheets, additional requests, saving logs and archives, building packs and binders for planning, filing, building pack tabs, stocking items, updating procedures).
16. Provide support to QC leads and QC inspectors.

Qualifications

1. Competent with Microsoft Applications such as Excel and Word.
2. Must be able to work in fast paced environment and work well with others.
3. Must have 2 - 5-year experience in document control or equivalent.
4. Must be able to pick up and carry boxes up to 25lbs.
