The Sales Representative will be responsible for building strong client relationships, developing new business, and managing a large, established territory across Northern Alberta.
Sales Representative responsibilities:
• Manage and grow a defined territory
• Develop new business through cold calling and prospecting
• Maintain and expand existing client relationships
• Educate customers and convert from competitors
• Manage long sales cycles (6–24 months)
• Track activity and opportunities in CRM
• Collaborate with the local and regional sales teams
The successful candidate has:
• Experience in truck, heavy equipment, ag equipment, or automotive sales
• A driven, self-motivated attitude and confidence in cold calling
• A consultative approach to building long-term relationships
• CRM experience (Salesforce a bonus)
• Comfort working independently on the road
Compensation and benefits:
• Base salary: $60,000–$70,000, depending on experience
