Tasks:

1. Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll and other summaries
2. Maintain work records and logs
3. Provide customer service
4. Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
5. Follow-up on issues with work orders
6. Keep track of shipments
7. Knowledge of cross border dispatching regulations and practices
8. Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations
9. Maintain vehicle operator work records
10. Record mileage, fuel use, repairs and other expenses
11. Respond to urgent calls from individuals who find themselves in life threatening situations and require assistance
