Responsibilities

Tasks:

1. Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll and other summaries
2. Ensure proper functioning of equipment
3. Maintain work records and logs
4. Monitor personnel workloads and locations
5. Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems
6. Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
7. Dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations
8. Record mileage, fuel use, repairs and other expenses
9. Respond to urgent calls from individuals who find themselves in life-threatening situations and who require assistance
