Trees Cheesecake & Organic Coffee is seeking F/T Bakers.

• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $18.00~$19.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 2
• 4% vacation pay
• Eligibility for group health and dental benefits

Job Duties:

• According to standardized recipes or customized orders, prepare dough, batters, icings, and frostings.
• Bake mixed batters and doughs.
• Decorate muffins, cakes, and other baked goods.
• Operate baking machinery and manage its condition.
• Determine the type and quantity of goods and co-ordinate a production schedule.
• Purchase baking supplies and minimize wastage.
• Maintain the quality of products to meet the established standards.
• Inspect kitchen and baking areas according to safety protocols.

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2~3 years of commercial baking experience are required.
• Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.
