Job Summary
The Treasury Manager – xScale Capital Markets reports to the Treasury Director, xScale Capital Markets and will support the financial management of a global portfolio of xScale hyperscale data center developments. Key responsibilities include analyzing, structuring, and recommending new financing proposals to optimize the capital structure and financing costs of our xScale business. The Manager will also assist in managing a portfolio of existing credit facilities, working in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party lenders and joint venture partners. The Treasury Manager may also support capital markets projects for Equinix’s core business. This will require partnering with global banks and financial institutions, our joint venture partners, FP&A, corporate development, tax, finance, accounting, and external legal advisors.
