We are a growing company that is looking for travel professionals that can connect and create travel experiences for our most affluent members. As a Travel Agent, no two days are ever the same! You will use your knowledge to service our client members with their lifestyle travel needs. This will include all types of travel arrangements from booking airline, hotel, cruise, packages, tours, and creating those once-in-a-lifetime bespoke experiences for our valued members. Working within our unique office and global atmosphere, you will gain the knowledge you need to be successful.

Responsibilities:

  • Service client members with their lifestyle travel needs.
  • Book airline, hotel, cruise, packages, tours, and create bespoke experiences.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in French.
  • Must be TICO certified and/or an expert in Canadian tourism.
  • A minimum of 3 years recent experience booking domestic and international travel.
  • Domestic and international destination knowledge, including knowledge of local markets and customer trends.
  • Ultra High Net Worth customer experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and talent for delighting customers who expect the finest service.
  • Attention to detail when working under pressure.
  • Ability to deal with ever-changing priorities.
  • Verbal communication skills and strong written skills are essential; customer interaction will be on the phone, email, and creating member proposals.
  • Previous call center experience is a plus.
  • Most importantly, enthusiasm for travel.
