On behalf of our valued client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a Transition Lead Consultant – Change Management to join our client on a 12-month contract. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of two days onsite in Richmond, BC.
Summary of the Role:
The Transition Lead Consultant will manage communications, learning initiatives, and change management strategies to support stakeholder readiness and adoption of business transformation initiatives. The role focuses on ensuring alignment with the future state design and achieving desired organizational outcomes.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute people and culture strategies tailored to current-state assessments, focusing on stakeholder adoption.
- Create customized communications, learning, and change management approaches to achieve future-state behaviors and outcomes.
- Oversee program transitions, collaborating with operations teams to implement changes and support go-live activities, including leading command centers and support models.
- Monitor post go-live metrics and collaborate with relevant teams to address performance gaps.
- Build and manage a high-performing team, ensuring quality deliverables and effective stakeholder engagement.
Core Requirements:
- Proven experience in change management and project management, particularly in public sector unionized environments.
- Demonstrated success in business transformation programs or projects.
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Ability to design and implement measurable change strategies.
- Familiarity with the claims process (preferred).
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of end-to-end claims processes.
- Expertise in designing and deploying go-live support models.
- Strong background in developing learning and training materials.
Terms:
This is a 12-month contract role, hybrid with a requirement for at least two days onsite in Richmond, BC. Successful candidates must undergo a reference check prior to an offer.
