Transactional Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Transactional Analyst to join our Procurement Atlantic team, supporting six key business units across the US and Canada. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a global procurement organization and gain hands-on experience working with operations, data, and regional stakeholders. You will contribute to the automation and optimization of procurement processes, enabling the successful execution of global procurement and category strategies.

• Working closely with one business unit to improve automation-related KPIs, helping drive efficiency and measurable results across procurement operations.
• Assisting with data-driven tasks such as generating reports, updating price agreements through ticket creation, and supporting with spend data, supplier insights and contract requirements.
• Troubleshooting transactional system issues raised by suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution.
• Supporting the development and consolidation of data to create actionable reports and improve reporting protocols and systems across the team.
• Collaborating with team members to identify and implement process improvements-both internal and external-including automation and system integration efforts.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• 1-3 years or more experience in report preparation based on ability to analyze complex data, provide meaningful interpretation & compelling argument to change
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• SAP proven experience and/or knowledge (procurement/data master modules) is a big plus
• Proficient data modelling and data standardization approach, analytical and quantitative skills, including advanced Excel knowledge.
• Microsoft Power Apps knowledge is preferred (Power BI, Power Automation, Model Driven apps, etc.)
• Highly organized, systematic, very detail-oriented
• Continuous improvement mindset and initiative to drive change.
• Ability to actively promote the organization's brand image by demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to execution in all actions:
• Verbal/written communication skills (French and English)
