Transaction Services Associate

This salary range is provided for locations that require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range varies depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. An estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is $40,000 to $50,000 CAD.

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Transaction Services Associate within our Operations division. This position falls under our Cross Border Global Payments line of business and is located in Toronto, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that funds reach our global clients promptly and effectively while providing the highest degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and maintaining successful internal relationships. You will report directly to the Transaction Services Manager and regularly collaborate with other teams and departments.

How We Work

As a Transaction Services Associate, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

  • Assigned workspace in Toronto, ON.
  • Formal, hands-on training.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Processing Foreign Exchange transactions, creating Beneficiary templates, and completing end-of-day audit checks.
  • Posting transaction support of all Investigations inquiries minimizing any client and beneficiary disruption.
  • Working closely with internal business units to improve service delivery and workflow efficiency.
  • Creating and reviewing Policies and Procedures.
  • Verifying and organizing client data within the given time frame.
  • Complying with all applicable policies, standards, guidelines, and controls.
  • Supporting Ad Hoc projects as requested.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Completed post-secondary education in relevant field.
  • 2-5 years verifying accuracy and completeness of information in internal systems.
  • Experience in the financial/banking industry would be an asset.
  • IT literate with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Ability to speak English and French preferred.
  • Team player with a strong customer service focus.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with demonstrated levels of accuracy.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures and understand operational risks.
