What will you be doing?

As a Training Specialist, Your Responsibilities Include:

• Use L&D strategy to design, develop, review and update eLearning modules, micro-learning, videos, courses, webinars through virtual and in-person delivery.
• Overseeing training completion and reporting on LMS.
• Facilitating engaging virtual and in-person training sessions, utilizing various instructional strategies.
• Facilitate weekly employee orientation.
• Identify and assess training needs within the organization.
• Assisting with the development of training programs and initiatives.
• Assisting new developments with onboarding.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 3+ years demonstrated experience in Training and Development, Coaching and Mentoring.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, preferred in Adobe, Articulate, Canva.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.
• Valid passport with ability to travel within Canada and USA.
