Are you an experienced insurance broker with a passion for technology and training? Do you enjoy helping others master new systems and improve their workflows? If so, this is your opportunity to step into the world of Insurtech and make a real impact!


What You’ll Do:

  1. Train & Support Brokers – Guide new and existing users in leveraging a leading Broker Management System.
  2. Develop Training Materials – Create engaging content to support system upgrades and best practices.
  3. Lead Virtual & In-Person Sessions – Conduct training across Canada, with occasional travel.
  4. Consult & Advise – Help insurance professionals optimize their system use.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Bilingual (English & French) – Essential for nationwide training.
  2. Broker Experience (2+ Years) – You understand the industry inside and out.
  3. Training or Onboarding Experience – Not mandatory, but a big plus!
  4. Strong Communication & Patience – Ability to explain complex processes to users of all skill levels.
  5. Tech-Savvy & Adaptable – Quick learner with a knack for problem-solving.
