Who we need

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Change Management and Training, we have a newly created opportunity for a Training Curriculum Designer and Educator to join our Client Experience team. You will play a pivotal role in driving client success by understanding their needs, fostering trust, and creating learning aids to optimize their understanding of our OceanMD platform.

Who you are

You have experience in leading and designing goal-oriented training programs for clients and have worked in healthcare informatics, administration, or technology education for larger clients. You bring a balance of relationship-building and technical expertise, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

How you will make an impact:

  • Training program development: You will apply adult learning principles and instructional design models to design structured, goal-oriented training programs.
  • Support clients: You will play a critical role in ensuring that client concerns and learning needs are addressed promptly.
  • Create a pathway for adoption: You will balance technical processes and human dynamics, empowering clients with the information they need to adopt our platform successfully.
  • Change management: You will support large-scale change management projects, ensuring training packages and best practices are available for the successful implementation and adoption of our solutions.

What you bring:

  • The passion: You are a team player who is passionate about our purpose and applying your talents to connect people with technical solutions.
  • The experience: You have an undergraduate degree or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • The communication skills: You have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • The customer-focus: You have exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
  • The analytical & problem-solving approach: You have the ability to assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of materials.
  • The technical skills: You are skilled in using authoring tools and have knowledge of LMS platforms.

  • An in-person or virtual interview with the Vice-President, Client Relations and the Senior Manager, Change Management & Training.
  • A virtual interview with fellow team members and the COO to expand on how your skills and expertise align with the needs of the team.
