Salary range: $65,000-$70,000
About you
To succeed in this role, you will need:
3+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on training and development Experience designing and delivering adult training/education programs Formal education in learning theories and training methodologies Strong proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms (preferred) Skilled in using Microsoft Office applicationsAbout the role
If hired, you will:
Assess and design training programs while delivering onboarding and group/individual training to meet staff needs Support leadership in developing training skills. Provide advice to managers, directors, and board members Track training outcomes, evaluate performance, provide feedback, and report skills gaps or performance issues Oversee and ensure compliance with training program budgets Maintain detailed and accurate administrative and HR documentation Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, procedures, collective agreements and health and safety standards Attend meetings and provide training, orientations, and supervision for students, volunteers, and work placementsPerks & Benefits
