We are seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to join our team in Toronto or Vancouver. Reporting to the Compensation Manager, the Total Rewards Analyst will be instrumental in supporting the design, execution, and management of QuadReal’s total rewards programs, encompassing compensation, benefits, and pension administration. This role offers a diverse scope, allowing you to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of total rewards while contributing to the organization’s success. It is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build a career in total rewards, with exposure to compensation, benefits, and pension administration.

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $55,000 - $70,000. The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.
