Ticket Seller - Ripley's Selfie Studio (New Attraction)

Now Hiring! Ripley's Believe It or Not! Niagara Falls is looking to onboard enthusiastic team members for our new attraction "Ripley's Selfie Studio!"

Position: Admission Ticket Seller

Location: Ripley's Believe It or Not! Niagara Falls

Job Summary: Ticket Sellers are the first point-of-contact for guests wishing to seek entry to the Attraction. Provide excellent guest service to ensure that all guests have the best experience while visiting our attraction. This is a sales position that offers base hourly wages plus commission for up-selling tickets for all of Ripley’s Niagara attractions.

Responsibilities

1. Actively sell admission tickets and combo packages to guests
2. Be knowledgeable about all Ripley’s Attractions
3. Greet guests and engage in conversation by interacting with guests to make a lasting impression
4. Handle high levels of point-of-sale transactions
5. Proficiency in cash handling
6. Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a tidy work station
7. Stock and organize retail merchandise as required
8. Act as a team player and assist where needed
9. All other duties as required

Qualifications

1. Previous customer service/sales experience preferred
2. Strong aggressive sales skills
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
5. Able to meet sales targets
6. Flexible work schedule
