Thai Away Home Granville is looking for F/T Food Service Supervisor

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $20.00~$23.00/hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 1

Benefits: 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% vacation pay, staff meal and staff discount offered.

Job Duties:

1. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food.
2. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
3. Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
4. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
5. Establish work schedules.
6. Address and handle customer complaints and questions.
7. Ensure food service and quality control meet.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
