Test Lead

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Develop a comprehensive test strategy outlining the overall approach to testing software applications.
2. Create standardized test plans to serve as a blueprint for all testing activities and to provide the team with a structured approach.
3. Manage the testing team by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress.
4. Provide guidance, support, and training to team members, helping them to improve their skills and productivity.
5. Review test artifacts such as test cases, test scripts, and test data to ensure their quality, consistency, and adherence to the test strategy and plan.
6. Consolidate and analyze test results and prepare comprehensive test reports at the project and team level.
7. Proactively identify areas to promote and provide additional testing services to clients.
8. Formulate and present proposals for consideration based on research and extensive expertise in this area.

6. Proficiency in performance testing techniques and tools.
