TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is partnered with one of Canada’s leading building controls and HVAC solutions providers. They have been around for over 50+ years, with a primary focus on HVAC and combustion control products & solutions. We are in search of their new Territory Sales/Business Development Manager who would be based in the lower mainland, covering the BC & Alberta region. Primary work would be in the lower mainland.
Our client is seeking a driven and knowledgeable professional to join their team in driving growth within the building automation and control systems sector. This role involves generating new business, strengthening existing client relationships, and fostering sales growth through channel partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HVAC systems (or a similar industry) and a deep understanding of the full sales cycle, enabling them to prospect new clients and nurture current accounts. An individual from an engineering background within HVAC/BAS who is interested in sales may be considered for this position.
The role comes with a strong base salary and a total compensation package in the $130,000-$140,000 range.
