What you will do in this role:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers
  • Provide ongoing support and training to customers as needed

  • Proven track record of success in heavy machinery sales
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Excellent communication, organization and social skills
  • Energetic and self-confident with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule
  • Work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capability to influence others
  • Business development mindset with a focus on achieving results
  • Proficiency in CRM software is preferred
